Visitscotland 4* rating, situated in the west of the city on a main bus route into the very heart of Edinburgh (3 miles) and 4 miles from the Airport. 5 centrally heated en-suite rooms (2 Double, 2 Twin, 1 Family) each with tea/coffee making facility, flat screen colour tv, hairdryer, mini fridge, alarm clock/radio and free Wi-Fi access. 2 of these bedrooms are on the 2 ground floor for those requiring easy access. Ample private parking available and we are within easy reach of the Airport and the M8/M9 motorways for onward travel to the west of Scotland and the Highlands.
