Les Tilleuls bed and breakfast and Gite accommodation in Epernay sous Gevrey, Burgundy region of France. A charming old village house situated in quiet countryside close to the famous vineyards of Clos deVougeot and Nuits St. Georges, yet only 10 minutes drive from the motorway. Accommodation: * 2 large family sized bedrooms, Chambre Romanee-Conti & Chambre Gevrey-Chambretin, each bedroom sleep upto 5 persons, 1 double bed 140 cm wide, 2 singles beds 90 cm wide, (extra single bed may be added) with Bathroom shower sink & Private wc. * 2 Double Bedrooms, Chambre Musigny & Chambre Clos de Vougeot each with a king size bed 160 cm wide with with Bathroom shower sink & Private wc <br /><br /> Breakfast in our large bright room overlooking the garden, continental breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:30 <br /> * Guest Lounge, relax and enjoy a glass of fine Burgundy wine in the lounge. <br /> * Garden, a beautiful sunny south facing garden with table and chairs. <br /><br /> Gite Holiday Accommodation: shares a common entrance with Les Tilleuls, but on the first floor has it's own private front door. Kitchen: modern and well equipped open-plan kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. French doors lead onto the private south facing terrace which overlooks the garden at the back of the house. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with a large window overlooking the village green. Shower room with toilet and vanity unit is located on this floor. * Lounge dining room in which there is a settee, three armchairs, coffee table, satellite colour TV, video, dining table and chairs. * Bedrooms: On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms with exposed oak beams and Velux windows from which you have views of the famous vineyards of the Cote d'Or. One room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside cabinets. The other is a twin bedded room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. * Private south facing terrace with fine views of the Cote de Nuits and the surrounding countryside plus everything you need for alfresco dining including a barbeque, and table and chairs. * Garden: there are swings and a slide which young children are welcome to use.
