Les Ballastieres Bed and Breakfast or self-catering accommodation in Northern France! Within easy reach from the ports of Calais, Boulogne and Dunkerque and in the picturesque region of the Seven Valleys, Les Ballastières is the ideal stopping place for an overnight stay, a weekend break or longer. Les Ballastières is a 200-year old stone farmhouse, situated in the Nord Pas de Calais in the small village of Gauchin Verloingt, just outside St. Pol-sur-Ternoise. The English owners, Paul Thomas & Sue Fairbairn, offer comfortable rooms in a peaceful setting, but within easy walking distance of the town centre and only 5 minutes from the race circuit at Croix-en-Ternois.

Bed & Breakfast: The guest rooms are in a separate part of the farmhouse, yet attached. No need to cross the courtyard for breakfast! We offer two ensuite double/family and two twin/double rooms.

Self Catering accommodation: The old forge has been converted into self-catering studio accommodation, which is also suitable for people in wheelchairs. New for summer 2011: self-catering accommodation comprising 2 bedrooms and shower room upstairs with fully equipped kitchen and sitting/dining area downstairs (plus separate toilet). Possibility to sleep 6.

Indoor Camping: The old hayloft at Les Ballastières has been converted into ‘indoor camping’ - and you don't have to go outside to get to the showers and toilets!

B&B Prices are per room, per night and include continental breakfast.
