Les Sources guest house in the heart of the Cantal Mountains, Auvergne. Originally built in the 19th century as a mountain inn. Over the past few years we have sympathetically converted the building into an exceptional family home, bringing it into the 21st century. The house has been modernised to a very high standard and all en-suite guest rooms enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and valley. situated along a quiet lane just 1km from the village of St Jacques des Blats. The village nestles in the foothills of the Plomb du Cantal at an altitude of 990m.

Rooms: We offer 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each having a well equipped and modern en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious, bright and airy with either double and / or twin beds and ample storage space. Three of our bedrooms benefit from private balconies

Breakfast: A delicious breakfast is served in the south facing dining room offering a varied choice, including home made jam, breads and cakes.

Evening Meal: A home cooked evening meal by prior request. We offer a set dinner menu that will always include regional dishes and local Auvergne cheeses and as much of our home-grown produce as possible. A good selection of wines and other alcoholic drinks are available to purchase to complement your evening meal.

Gite Self Catering: In addition to our 5 guest bedrooms we offer a completely independent and private 2 bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor of ‘Les Sources’ Tariff: 280€ - 480€ per week
