Nestled in the beautiful Wye Valley village of Whitney on Wye, less than 5 miles from the famous literary town of Hay on Wye, is the charming 'Agent's Office' bed and breakfast. The Agent's Office is a stylish self contained studio apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a grand double height ceiling with fantastic tall arched sash windows, stripped wood flooring and original red herringbone tiles. The wardrobe was originally a huge walk in safe and the beautifully crafted safe drawers and cupboards have not been touched since they were built 100 years ago. The apartment contains king size bed, smart kitchenette (with hob, fridge, sink etc), armchairs and flat screen tv, dvd player and set top box. In addition there is a gorgeous cast iron log burner for the chillier evenings, stocked with logs and kindling. The modern shower room also doesn't disappoint! We are about 30 seconds walk from the village pub! As stated the room consists of a king-sized bed; an additional single bed and/or travel cot/high chair are available on request. Between April and October, out standard rates are £100.00 per room per night based on two adults sharing; £65.00 for single occupancy. A premium of £25.00 per night will be added for a third adult sleeping on a single, guest bed. Flexible pricing is available for stays of a week or more. Please enquire for details. Prices include a choice of breakfast ingredients for preparation on a self-catering basis. Wherever possible, ingredients provided include fresh, local produce which you can prepare at your leisure. We will discuss your requirements with you before your stay and, on arrival, your fridge will be filled with the appropriate ingredients. Every effort will be made to cater for special dietary requirements.
