The Meadows Scottish Tourist Board 3 Star award bed and breakfast in a modern 4 bedroom detached house, with parking, located in a quiet situation near the centre of the conservation village of West Linton in the Scottish Borders with handy access to Edinburgh and central Scotland. Stay in West Linton and enjoy visiting Edinburgh with its International and Fringe Festivals, Tattoo, Botanic Gardens, Zoo, Historic Buildings and exciting shops. Local attractions include Rosslyn Chapel in the village of Roslin. The Pentlands Science Park and Bio Technology Centre near Penicuik are also only a short drive away.
Bedrooms: 1 Twin/Double Room with en-suite: 1 Twin Room/Double: With en-suite toilet and wash basin. 1 Standard Double/Single Room. 1 Single Room: With wash hand basin. All have tea and coffee making facilities / TV / Hairdryers / quality beds and linen. There are views to the hills.
Breakfast: Most people enjoy a full traditional cooked breakfast, but I also offer a range of options, including scrambled egg with smoked salmon & oatcakes? Quality ingredients include free range eggs, quality sausages and we usually bake our own bread. If you have any special dietary requirements let me know. Although there are good restaurants in the village sometimes I am asked to provide an evening meal and this I will do if given prior notice.
