Yana and Ian welcome you to Holly-Wood Guest House, a beautiful Victorian built family home just a few minutes walk from Windermere Village Centre in the heart of the Lake District. Holly-Wood is a family owned Guest House in Windermere offering a warm welcome to all our guests. We are situated in a quiet position just 3 minutes walk from Windermere’s village amenities and Bowness-on-Windermere, with its boat rides, is a short stroll down the hill. The house is strictly non-smoking through-out and we are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets. Well behaved children are welcome from 10 years old. We have a small car park at the rear of the property that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Rooms are available from 2pm, if you will be arriving after 6pm please telephone to arrange. We ask you to vacate your room by 10.30am on day of departure. Hearty breakfasts both traditional and vegetarian are served in our spacious dining room between 8.30 am to 9.30 am. Breakfast can be served earlier if required, please discuss arrangements upon arrival. If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to ask.
