The Ravensworth Windermere Guest House

Situated in the heart of the English Lake District, The Ravensworth is a traditional Lakeland stone built house from the mid 19th century. Only a few minutes walk from the railway station and Windermere village where there are various shops and restaurants. All rooms are non-smoking. It is ten minutes walk to Lake Windermere down a pretty, county lane and a pleasant, twenty minute walk to a viewpoint looking over the lake and mountains. Built originally as a private residence, the change to a guest house has retained many of the original features and has been enhanced by the addition of a fine conservatory breakfast room where we serve our typical English breakfast. There is private parking front and rear of the guest house for all our guests. Complimentary refreshements are offered to morning and afternoon arrivals.

Conveniently located on the edge of Windermere village, The Ravensworth is ideally situated, providing easy access to the many attractions of the Lake District National Park.
