Woodlands Guest House Lynton Bed and Breakfast

Woodlands is a substantial well appointed Guest House with an informal friendly atmosphere. Situated overlooking Summerhouse Hill and the unspoilt wooded valley of the West Lyn river, yet only a few minutes walk along the Lynway footpath which runs past the rear of the house to Lynton centre.

Rooms: single, double and twin rooms all with colour tv, radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms are particularly spacious, beautifully furnished, fully en suite and have splendid views across the valley. All rooms are en suite with the exception of one single room, which has its own private bathroom.

Tourist Information: Woodlands is situated midway between the twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth in the Exmoor National Park and is an ideal base for exploring the spectacular coastline and the wild expanses of Exmoor. The dramatic countryside combines deep wooded river valleys, wild moorland and a magnificent coastline of hog-backed cliffs. Exmoor is home to a wealth of wildlife including red-deer, ponies, buzzards, trout and salmon. There are even wild goats in the Valley of the Rocks.
