We now have a family room overlooking Lynmouth Street and a resident’s lounge with a large screen TV and all the Freeview digital channels and Wi- Fi.

So come and experience the beautiful Town of Lynmouth with its stunning unspoilt river walks picturesque harbour and eclectic range of great value shopping. Pubs, shops, harbour, Manor Green, beach and the famous Cliff Railway are all within an easy level walk.

With our new drinks licence you can sit on your private balcony with a refreshing glass of what you fancy and just watch the world go by to the relaxing sound of The River Lyn (rooms 3, 4, 5 & 7, 8, 9 only).
