Riverside cottage is an extremely comfortable Bed & Breakfast and licensed Café. We now have a resident’s lounge with a large screen TV and all rooms have a new LCD TV with the Freeview digital channels and FREE Wi- Fi.
So come and experience the beautiful Town of Lynmouth with its stunning unspoilt river walks picturesque harbour and eclectic range of great value shopping. Pubs, shops, harbour, Manor Green, beach and the famous Cliff Railway are all within an easy level walk.
With our new drinks licence you can sit on your private balcony with a refreshing glass of what you fancy and just watch the world go by to the relaxing sound of The River Lyn (rooms 3, 4, 5 & 7, 8, 9 only).
This year we are happy to offer evening meals on request. Our evening menu includes all the day meals plus a selection of good no nonsense food aimed at early evening dinning.
You can chose from an 8oz Devon Steak to beans on toast all at Café prices and Riverside Quality.
